Another 100 People!
It started with a sipmle idea, collecting one paper clip for every life lost, the feelings that connect us...are greater than those that divide us!

Oh, God. How can one make this decision?

Okay...

My favorite is probably 'Side by Side by Side/What Would We Do Without You?'

My favorite rendetion on the OBCR is Elaine Stritch's 'The Ladies Who Lunch'

There are so many incredible songs in Comapny taht it's almost impossible to choose. Being Alive has always been a favorite of mine but, Sorry, Grateful is a masterpiece in terms of lyic. It seems to so perfectly capture the ambivilance in any relationship. There are times when you love everything about him/her and times when you can't stand him/her. Sondheim got it with that song.

After living in NYC for nearly 15 years (and having lived every single word of the lyric of the song) I feel that I almost have to put in a vote for "Another Hundred People." And having been single for a good percentage of that time (though I hasten to add not remotely unhappily or regretfully so), I must admit that the lyric to "Someone is Waiting" is richly perceptive and absolutely sublime. Ultimately though, nothing can top Stritch and "The Ladies Who Lunch" -- getting to see her perform it in previews of "At Liberty" at the Public when I was sitting in the second row about ten feet from her and Sondheim himself was in the row behind me less than five feet away was a complete and total out-of-body experience.

I too vote for Another Hundred People.
Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

Margo - may I kiss your ring? Your story is fantastic!
"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

"She's tall enough to be your MOTHER! (Very weird.) (Goliath.)"

Still not sure exactly what that's supposed to mean, but I laugh out loud each time I hear it.
