I'm too lazy to walk down the block to ask the box office, so I figured I'll post it here...Does The Boy From Oz still have their student rush policy for Tuesday-Thursday performances...?

Thanks!

Not anymore. They're nearly selling out each show so there's no incentive to discount any tickets. re: BFO - Ticket question...

If you want to see THE BOY FROM OZ before it closes, you'd better be willing to sell a lung--or maybe a kidney.

Haven't the slightest desire to see it...but my boss keeps telling me I need to. So I figured I would just go for the student tix...Oh well.....re: BFO - Ticket question...

If you've got a great appreciation for Hugh Jackman (talent, looks, buns, and the such), then it's worth every penny. If not, it's pretty much skippable.

If you want to see a performer hold the audience in the palm of his hand, see it.

Tickets for the last week of the show, up to Sept 11 matinee, have been released through TELECHARGE today. If you hurry you can still get some good tickets for orchestra ( a little further back) and front mezzanine at regular price ($101.25 plus charges). Premium seats are available at $251.25 plus charges.

thirdrowcenter - Agreed. Hugh is phenomenal in this show. But he's really the only thing going for it. (Actually, that's not true. The entire cast is very talented, and it's definitely a performance-driven show, but the musical as a whole is mediocre.)
