"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

"Noah, someday we'll talk again. But there's things we'll never say. That sorrow deep inside you. It inside me, too. And it never go away. You be okay. You'll learn how to lose things..."
Well, Kristin is already in full costume so WICKED should ber performing soon.

Folks, this is that that was: throwing Chenoweth a bone. She didn't have much to do in the WICKED number slated for presentation, and her talent is much loved in the Broadway community, so they put that little bit in there as (1) comic relief and (2) to give this other WICKED girl a moment to shine. I thought it was fine, and mildly entertaining -- but let's call a spade a spade.
"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!"
Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!
"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen."

and just as a note, my family watched this performance with me (because i made them) and then are not broadway fanatics, but they loved the performance and my little brother said he got chills!!!
Yes, the song was edited as was dialogue changed and edited, to fit into the 3 and a half minutes the show was givn and to help get a bit more of a feeling for the storyline.
Those Blocked: SueStorm. N2N Nate. Good riddence to stupid! Rad-Z, shill begone!
I almost died when Hugh said, "I hate to blow her off like that."
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher
It blows that they had to chop Wicked to pieces and Hugh got more than 5 minutes to prance around. What a crock!
"I know, it's nice to see me."
"First up was Max who sang "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" [...] I haven't seen that big of a reaction to a stair descent since Audra left the attic in Ragtime." --Seth Rudetsky
You could consider the bubble extra time for Wicked, so spare me your righteous outrage. Jackman only got about an extra minute- would you have preferred to split that time and give each performance an extra 8 seconds or so? Besides, it certainly isn't Jackman's fault that Wicked's number didn't work. They should have chosen something better.
And if the Tony producers were going to take time away from Jackman, I'd prefer that they give it to Big River rather than indulge a show like Wicked that barely needs it.
