Just finished reading Still Here, Alexandra Jacobs biography of Elaine Stritch, and loved it. It struck me how different the writing is when I compare it to the other theatre biographies and autobiographies on my bookshelf. To those of you who are also voracious readers - what makes a "good" biography?
