Theatre in the round

This isnt exactly a Broadway specific question so Im hoping my post doesnt get removed. A couple of years ago I was searching YouTube and I came across a series of videos from a regional theatre in the United States where all of the shows are performed in the round and the centre of the stage is on an elevator. I recall in one of the videos they showed a backstage tour of when they did Big Fish and they even had water on the stage.
Im wondering if anybody knows what Im talking about and can remind me of what that theatre is because Im interested in seeing the production design of more recent shows.
Thanks a bunch

There's probably quite a few examples of this around the country and around the world, but off the top of my head, maybe Sacramento Music Circus is the one you're thinking of? Not sure if they have an elevator in the center though.

Echoing what was said above, Hale Center Theater. The link is their Big Fish video with the water.

Isn’t the memory a funny thing?

Randomly out of nowhere today I remember seeing this video five years ago. Why was I watching videos about Hale theater?! Beats me. I do find the design concepts of theirs to be very fascinating

Their production design and facilities are amazing...but I guess that's what you get when you are non-Equity #shade

Yeah they should 100% be Equity because I'd love to see them collab with some true Broadway talent.
