Hi everyone:

I just got tickets for a show at Joes Pub, the tickets say Stage Counter 107-108. Does this mean I won't have a table/drink for food and drink?

Looks like a counter to me.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

If I remember correctly, you can order food/drinks at the bar, which is probably where you’re located. Granted, I haven’t been there in a few years.

Stage counter seats are along the front of the stage floor, not the bar area. There is a built-in counter, slightly below the stage floor edge, where you'll have room for food and drinks. Pro: you are right up front. Con: you have to look up at the performers as the stage is raised.

When you are seated by the staff, a menu is offered. Soon after a server will appear to place your order. Service is usually quick, efficient and very friendly.

The burger and the warm apple crumble with ice cream are probably the best things on the menu. I don't drink but can attest that they pour well and have a decent wine list. It's a great room. Enjoy!!
