Hey all! I was just wondering if any of you have had luck with the Springsteen lottery lately. My best friend and I have been trying every day since the lottery started and we're starting to think it's helpless at this point lol

I actually won the lotto last month on a Saturday evening. Since day 1 I entered everyday, never thought I would win or thought it was rigged, but I actually won. So it is possible! GOOD LUCK!

I know it's random, but I've never won once Jujamcyn started using Lucky Seat rather than its own lottery service.  I saw The Crucible, Falsettos, Jersey Boys, Groundhog Day and Something Rotten! via lottery (some more than once) before it switched.  I've entered for Frozen, Mean Girls and Springsteen every day since those lotteries opened but no luck.  Hopefully one day though.  Good luck!

Springsteen lottery is basically hopeless, but I do know quite a few people that have won.

there are only about 35 seats a night and they are all in row H and the 6 seats in row J.

I have entered every day since opening and I have never won either. This is the only lottery that I think is more difficult than Hamilton.

Hey, it's not hopeless or rigged!  I must've entered 200 times before I won this week and went last night.  Yes, it was last row mezz which isn't awful in that theater, and he did a great job...though the show was clocking in at about 2:40 or 2:45, and the last 15 or 20 minutes dragged a bit, even for a diehard Bruce fan.

I've entered every day since the show began and nothing. I'm convinced it has an algorithm that denies the lottery to Ticketmaster customers who have a history of buying seats.  I do know for a fact that if they suspect your IP address is a bot, they will permanently ban you.  I got an email accusing me of that. I wrote to them saying I wasn't, but it went nowhere.  The BO is still selling full price seats ($500-700) throughout the day. They told me they do not sell unsold lottery tickets. The agent said that "if the winner doesn't buy it, it's then offered to the next."  I don't know anyone who won.

Unless you have a history of buying $700 seats, this seems a bit off. I think the truth is, you're entering a hard-to-win lottery and your number hasn't come up... I think the shows are way less concerned who gets these as much as they need to say they are offering them at this price.

Out of curiosity, what address did you email when you told them you weren't a bot?  I found that Lucky Seat does not respond to emails at all, unlike when Jujamcyn ran their own lotteries and would respond within minutes (anytime of day) via email and/or Twitter.

There is apparently a car park attendant across the road from The Book of Mormon who entered the lottery every day he worked for over 4 years and never won it.
