What an asshat! This person made a mistake in his order for tickets to a Book of Mormon tour date in Dallas, blames the venue when he notes the wrong date on his confirmation email, and goes ballistic when his threat-laden demands for a swap are refused. (I'd not have helped him!) http://elliott.org/problem-solved/closed-book-mormon-case-can-reopen/
I didn't read the entire link, so my comments may be wrong. Usually when a touring show comes to a city the artist series bringing the show is very cooperative in changing dates. At least, that is how it works in my city. He must have really been a dick to them so they refused to change. I get the feeling, based on what he paid, that he bought his tickets through a ticket broker. The Book of Mormon is in my city starting tonight and the highest price ticket including fees is $94. These are prices if you buy directly form the artist series. His prices for his tickets seem really high. I would love to tell him that I won the online lottery and winners are able to pick their own seat. I got 8th row orchestra for $30 including fees.
