Hi all,

I hate to start another thread on this, but the search function provided no info and I couldn't find any info online or on my confirmation.

i purchased tickets to a show next week thru Groupon, and it was my first Groupon purchase. Are my tickets at the box office? And do I have to print my Groupon voucher before I go? Or is it a regular will-call situation? If I need my voucher, will I need a physical copy or can I show them my confirmation or voucher on my phone?

Thanks in advance.

I never bought a ticket thru Groupon but did from other discount sites, like Goldstar and those were always picked up at the Box Office. Be sure to check the fine print of your offer and definitely bring the confirmation purchase confirmation & voucher. I am not sure if a digital copy is enough but I guess you can call & ask.

My guess is if the voucher is forr a specific date the ticket will be held at the box office, if it was not for any specified date then you would have to go tot he box office and pick a date, which would be based on availability. But like I said I never bought tickets thru Groupon. Good luck.

I have gotten many concert tickets from groupon and with the concerts you always are assigned a ticket and must bring it printed with you. They are very clear about it in the offer details because if you come with out it printed the box office will not print a ticket for you. I don't know if this is the same for play but just read the offer details they usually spell out everything very clearly!
