It cost a fortune to get them at the theatre and as of the other day, the supply was gone. It was a special limited print made only for BCEFA. More than likely less than 50 were made via custom order. BCEFA will put any extras on their eBay page after the fact and like Best Man, Seminar, Death of a Salesman, Life in the Theatre, and Steady Rain, they will all go for $700-800 easily. My friend paid that much for each of them.

I was there last night (12/3) and they seemed to have plenty available. They were selling them for $200 along with signed Playbills for a $60 donation to BC/EFA. They said they'd be available until the fundraising was over at the end of this week! They did say that any leftovers would be given to BC/EFA.
I just got one for $200 at the theater. Much cheaper than ebay. If you are in manhattan, definitely stop by the theater after the show ends. They are selling the signed posters and playbills in the lobby. I think it was well worth the money.
