ATTENTION FANS: I will be played by James Barbour in the upcoming musical, "BroadwayWorld: The Musical."
I just didn't think you cared much for characters or situations in your fiction that could be seen as unpleasant. It was an assumption, but one I think you've shown a lot of evidence to back up on here. The Swann section alone has a particularly rude little boy. I had no idea you spoke/read French, let alone devoted hourse of pleasure reading 5000+ page multi volume French novels! Impressive. Since, unlike most modern theatre which is not to your taste, obviously that is, I would love to read your thoughts such things that you actually enjoy. It would be nice to hear you actually describe something you like with the same enjoyment you seem (again, I assume) to get from putting down things.
I have NEVER commented on your age, or appearance. Taste, I certainly have but so have you, as you just showed (and you've made a point of my being too young to know better, as well as others, which I assume is largely why people get on your case for perhaps being the opposite.)
Did I mention Bechdel brings up Proust in Fun Home? :P
They've begun casting understudies for all the roles- my guess being that as they are extending they are also encountering cast conflicts. I can't imagine anyone from the cast being "fired" at this point but there could be a scenario in which conflicts demand replacing an actor for some remainder of the extension.
sorry in my shock i put the wrong person, i ment to write Alexandra Socha has apparently been let go, regardless i'm not sure this is true, thus why I'm trying to get secondary confirmation Updated On: 11/24/13 at 08:29 PM
Socha was out of the show on Thursday, though I assumed it was because of illness. Her understudy (who was quite wonderful) was Emily Skaggs.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.
I've heard from several people involved with the show that the latest they can extend at the Public is through January 5th.

I'm sorry if this has already been posted somewhere (I checked first, but might have missed it) but Fun Home is officially getting a cast recording! You can pre-order it here: http://www.psclassics.com/cd_funhome.html
Does anyone know where the coupon codes can be found? I was looking to order Fun Home and Yank and was wondering where codes can be found for PSClassiics and /or other cd coupon codes can be found.
Thanks for any info. Happy Thanksgiving D.F
