Rob Paulsen, a famed voice over actor (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Pinky & the Brain, Animaniacs, etc.), has a podcast where he interviews his friends and fellow voice actors. In this episode, he interviews Mark Hamill.
This interview is 2 hours, and Mark talks about what he thinks went wrong with his last Broadway venture, Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, his love for theatre and the Broadway community, The Addams Family musical, replacing Tim Curry as The Joker on BATMAN, seeing him in The Rocky Horror Show at THE ROXY back in the 70's, and much more, including Star Wars (of course), comic books, cartoons, celebrities... He also casually mentions how he would have been right for Finch in HOW TO SUCCEED... about 20 years ago. I've been saying for years, he was such a missed casting opportunity for Finch.
Rob also tells an awesome story about meeting George Hearn at a recording session for Tom & Jerry Kids.
I'm a huge fan of both men, so I loved listening to every minute. Mark needs to get back to Broadway SOON!
