Hello,

I saw phantom over 8 years ago and is planning on seeing it again sometime next week. Does anyone have any experiences with the cast after the show at the stage door? Do most of the cast sign and greet the fans? Thanks for your input.

I have seen the show on Broadway many times and I have never had anything but positive experiences with the cast. I would just caution you regarding two things: at the Majestic the cast does not always use the stage door behind the theatre, sometimes they use the one on the front side of the theatre, particularly when they want to leave quickly, also on Saturday nights the cast has a tradition of having drinks in the “Raoul Bar” which is located in the dressing room of the actor who plays Raoul to celebrate the end of performances for the week so sometimes they don’t come out on Saturday nights for a while. I last attended the show in January and I went to the stage door with my poster and a silver sharpie, all the cast members were happy to sign, chat, and take pics. I hope you enjoy it, the current cast is really fantastic, especially Hugh Panaro who is my favorite Phantom.

We took our girls to see the show for the 1st time back in September and had a wonderful experience at the Stage Door.

Hugh Panaro took a great picture with my two girls and my wife and then stood and talked to them about how nice they looked for the theatre and asked them all about what they thought of the show- really a great time.
