Wonderland said it would tour. I bet they will rework it and try to make some money on tour.

Viola13 The American Idiot tour is apart of the 2011-2012 season.

Bwayphreak234. I don't know about Wonderland. I think if it does go out on tour, it'll be non-equity.

It also very well could just not tour. Pretty much every show that closes announces a tour, but sometimes it just doesnt happen.

I know it's pretty disliked but I'm anxious for The Little Mermaid. Any news or is it thrown in the trash. I feel it did well on broadway to tour.

A Tale of Two Cities

Thread regarding Les Miz tour cast changes:

I don't see why they couldn't have just stuck with Ron Sharpe, who was incredible each time I saw him.

I'm also surprised that Ron Sharpe didn't stay on. He was really giving a great performance.

Speculation: He'll be working towards a 2012-2013 tour of A Tale of Two Cities.

Why do so many tour launch in Toronto? If they don't launch there it also seems to be at the top of the list to visit. Is it that big? :P

It looks like Jekyll and Hyde may be going on tour... It is part of Broadway in San Diego's 2012 2013 season. It is playing October 2-7, 2012.

I don't see how Catch Me will make a cent with a NON EQ tour - it failed on Broadway with a "star" cast of Broadway performers.

Elf will be presented by Networks but it hasn't been stated whether it's equity or non-equity.

The state of national tours these days is lamentable.

With non-Equity tours squeezing every possible penny out for profit at the expense of its hard working cast and crew and the false advertising to audiences who aren't aware they aren't seeing a Broadway-caliber production, I'd rather sit in my skivvies at home and listen to a good cast recording on my surround sound system, shut the lights, the door, my eyes, and open my imagination.

Sure beats watching a 19 year old Eva sing in head voice to midi accompaniment. Ack.

Steel Pier Fan Toronto is said to be the third largest city for theatre after London and New York. In fact, it was able to sustain a run of Phantom of the Opera for over ten years, and many other permanent productions have lasted for long runs.
