I've only seen two shows on their final performances (Man of La Mancha and Oklahoma), and I was wondering if anyone else who has seen shows on their last day, or their last few weeks would say that they castmembers seem unhappy and mopey, or give it their all? When I saw MOLM and Oklahoma, everything just seemed sort of...weak.

I have been to several closing nights and cast members final performances and I would say there is both a feeling of sadness and performers giving it their all ( as they should be at every performance).
i saw the first closing of the rocky horror show. i saw the show a few times before and i'd have to say this was by far the best. the cast was really into it and where having alot of fun. the auidence gave like abot 3 standing ovation after certain numbers. and about a 20 mintue standing ovation at the end of the show. it was awesome to be at that shows last performance. (well almost last). i can't wait to see the closing performance of taboo, im getting my tickets on saturday.
I've seen a few shows on their closing nights, and several closing nights for actors/actresses (where the show continues running, but they're just leaving it)... There were always tears and it was always a bit sad, but you could always see the actors and actresses putting every little bit they had into their last performance in whichever role.

I saw Les Miz near their closing and it was amazing. I dont think that show has lost any energy since its opened. I miss Les Miz not being on Broadway.
I saw Cabaret's final matinee... so the last day, but not the last performance. It was my third time, and the best I'd seen it. The actors seemed to really be giving it their all, with a few vocal exceptions. I caught a few moments where Adam and Susan seemed like they were saving their voices for the night show (Adam more than Susan) but that's understandable. There was just an amazing energy in the theater as a whole - from the audience and from the actors.
