I don't think a lot of these musicals are particularly prominent. Many of them seem like footnotes in Broadway history.

Wikipedia says it only ran 48 performances but based on the talent involved, I'm surprised we still don't have a Smile recording.

I don't think After Midnight was recorded beyond a couple songs but correct me if I'm wrong.
There are the very old musicals. The ones that aren't Show Boat or Lady Be Good. Who can say if they were prominent or influential or popular?
For the somewhat more recent musicals, basically cross-reference City Center Encores and a list of available cast recordings. It's difficult to think of something notable that we remember that doesn't survive in one form or another through a movie, cast recording, or at least sheet music.
