does Glory Days still count as a part of the season?
because I think perhaps it's a strong contender.

re: Most Unprofessional Thing You've Done as a performer!  Apr 16 2009, 10:50:24 PM
alright, two things:
#1:
I was an ASM for Sordid Lives, and one of my best friends was playing GW. in the bar scene, we had bottles of non-alcoholic beer - new ones every night, so the actors could "really" open them. on the final performance, the propmaster & I decided that we were going to replace some of the non-alcoholic beer with REAL beer. we also decided that only GW was going to drink it. we let the other actors on stage know, and sat back to see what happened. it was HILARIOUS.

TheatreFreak05, I'm sure Adam Pascal would JUMP at the change to do JCS.

re: Unpopular Opinions You Hold  Apr 4 2009, 11:28:17 AM
I love Cats.
I love Joseph...Deamcoat.
I hate everything else ALW.
I think Patti LuPone is overrated.
I love Seven Brides For Seven Brothers...the movie.
I think Idina Menzel sounds like a dying cat.
I love the music of Spring Awakening, but I think the show itself is absolutely boring.

re: Is this a joke?  Mar 29 2009, 10:20:19 PM
actually, I heard about this somewhere before - it's been awhile, so I don't have a link, sorry - but for some reason I seem to remember Patina Miller's name being attached to it somehow? maybe I'm making that part up, but I definitely remember hearing about the musical itself.

re: Musicals You Have Seen But Were Too Young To Remember  Mar 26 2009, 10:14:50 PM
when I was about 8 or 9 my mother took me to see a tour of The Secret Garden in Wilmington, NC. I think she knew someone on the tour, because we came in through the backstage area, talked to a few people, and were then led to our (front row? maybe?) mezz seats. the only thing I remember is that there was a dollhouse prop that I wanted to take home with me. I don't remember ANYthing else. I wish I could - Secret Garden is now one of my favorites!
