LOVE WINS Drag Brunch Returns to Everyman Theatre for 2nd Annual Pride Celebration

Following the success of last year's sold-out event, Everyman Theatre has announced its 2nd annual Drag Brunch. On Sunday, June 7, 2026, Everyman will once again transform its second-floor performance space into a glittering hub of LGBTQIA+ celebration, blending the high-energy artistry of drag with the sophisticated charm of theatre.

This event continues to emphasize Everyman's commitment to diversity and inclusion and promises to be an elevated experience for returning fans and newcomers alike. This year's presentation is titled Love Wins: A Vibrant Celebration of Pride and Performance and will feature fan favorite queens from the inaugural brunch, debuting an all-new choreographed show for this year's Pride Month festivities.

The event will once again be hosted by the critically acclaimed Sunrize with a Z, the NYC-based cabaret powerhouse. Joining her are Baltimore's own drag royalty: Stealya Manz, the "Bearded Beauty of Baltimore," who returns with her signature blend of high-fashion and glamour, and Venus Fastrada, "Baltimore's Broadway Glamazon," who is back to deliver the theatrical showstoppers that left last year's audience breathless. "Building on the success and engagement established during last year's 'Queens of Broadway' brunch, we knew we had to bring this celebratory event back," notes Everyman's Director of Education, Joseph W. Ritsch (Sunrize with a Z). "This season, we are embracing that spirit even more deeply to celebrate love and community in a time when these things are incredibly important. This event transcends a simple meal; it stands as a vibrant and shining affirmation that love, in every form, truly triumphs.

General Admission tickets are available for $70 (with a discounted rate of $56 for Everyman Theatre Subscribers). This includes a full buffet and a signature cocktail or mocktail. ABOUT SUNRIZE WITH A Z

Sunrize with a Z was a staple of the NYC nightlife and cabaret scene in the 1990s/early 2000s, headlining in such prestigious venues as The Duplex, Don't Tell Mama, Judy's, and Fez, as well as touring across the US and internationally. Sunrize, created and performed by Joseph W. Ritsch, is a benevolent tribute to the musical theatre artists they adored as children, as well as a creative endeavor to combine their work as a drag artist and musical theatre performer. In Sunrize's critically acclaimed (“Amazing…Hilarious”-Time Out NY) one-woman cabaret shows, Sunrize uses her unique song stylings interspersed with whimsical reflections, sage advice, and insightful backstage stories, to share her difficulties in the “business we call show.”
