The Official Agatha Christie Theatre Company is delighted to announce that Nichola McAuliffe is to join the highly successful UK tour of MURDER ON THE NILE as 'Miss ffiliot-ffoulkes', the role played until recently by Kate O'Mara, who has had to withdraw from the production due to ill health. Nichola will play the role in Coventry, Sheffield, Aberdeen, Dublin and Poole.

Kicking off the holiday season while also helping to raise funds for the theater's ongoing operations, a one-weekend-only Yuletide Cabaret will be presented at The Country Playhouse on November 30 to December 2, with an opening night cocktail recep­tion gala at 6:30 p.m., plus a Saturday performance at 8:00 p.m., and closing with a matinee at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Producers of the revival of GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS announced today that the production will offer a standing room ticket policy. Limited standing room tickets will be available for purchase only at the box office of the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street) on a same-day, rush basis and will be priced at $37 each, with a limit of two per person. This policy will go into effect on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. The box office opens at 10 am Monday through Saturday, and at 12 pm on Sundays.

As BroadwayWorld first reported in March, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts will produce, in association with La Jolla Playhouse, a re-imagining of Henry Krieger and Bill Russell's Side Show. Directed by Academy Award® winning director Bill Condon, the musical will premiere at La Jolla Playhouse in the fall of 2013 and will play the Kennedy Center Eisenhower Theater beginning June 2014. Roundabout Theatre Company presents Tony Award winner Douglas Hodge as 'Cyrano' in a new Broadway production of Cyrano de Bergerac. Clemence Poesy makes her Broadway debut as 'Roxane' and Broadway veteran Patrick Page plays 'Comte De Guiche.'

Tony nominee Raul Esparza will play the recurring role of "DA Rafael Barba" on Law & Order: SVU beginning on Wednesday, October 10. The episode, titled "Twenty-Five Acts," centers on the author of a best-selling erotic novel (Anna Chlumsky) who accuses a high-profile talk show host (Roger Bart) of rape. The SVU detectives face an uphill battle when they find that her account of the rape is exactly like the chapters in her book, and along with the DA's office (Esparza), they struggle to keep the case from turning into a media circus. The Tony Awards has just announced members of the 2012-13 Administration and Management Committees for next season's ceremony. The 2012-13 management committee will include: Mark Abrahams, Kristin Caskey, Ted Chapin, Sondra Gilman, James Higgins, Heather Hitchens, Paul Libin, William Ivey Long, Michael Price, Jane Safer, Charlotte St. Martin, Scott Sanders, Nick Scandalios, Thomas Viertel, Robert Wankel, and Barry Weissler.

As part of its continuing commitment to developing new works, Signature Theatre presents a one-weekend-only concert of Crossing, a musical by Matt Conner (Nevermore; The Hollow) and Grace Barnes (Nevermore, Zander's Boat). The concert will have four performances, all held on the weekend of October 20th through 21st in the MAX.

Based on George Bernard Shaw's classic play Pygmalion, Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's musical My Fair Lady follows the transformation of Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle into an aristocratic lady through lessons in manners, language and dress. After directing the production at the 2011 Shaw Festival, Arena Stage Artistic Director Molly Smith reunites with members of her original design team, along with noted Canadian actor Benedict Campbell who reprises his role as Henry Higgins, to bring a completely fresh interpretation to audiences in D.C. Barbra Streisand, who this week return to Brooklyn to play at the Barclays Center, is sharing 11 previously unreleased songs, spanning a cross-section of her career from 1963 to the present. The collection, titled RELEASE ME, is now available on vinyl and on CD.
