Mika Lindsay Ouellette is a 2014 graduate of the Master of Education program at the University of Maine. She currently works as a bilingual customer service representative for Wayfair. In her free time, she ushers at Penobscot Theatre Company. She has had a love for the theatre since she was a member of her high school's drama club. She is proud to pursue this interest, along with her love of writing, as a contributor to Broadway World.

Virtual reality is often thought of as just another video game. The Penobscot Theatre Company in Bangor proved it to be anything but child's play their performances of 'Ugly Lies the Bone.' This drama ran from March 15th - April 1st as part of the Maine Science Festival held in Bangor the weekend of March 17th.

The 'tale as old as time' of 'Beauty and the Beast' is one that has delighted young and old for generations including patrons of The Penobscot Theatre Company in Bangor. This family-friendly musical runs from December 7th - 30th. Directed by Ethan Paulini, this presentation of Disney's classic doesn't disappoint. The show was such a hit that two additional performances were added for both December 27th and 30th.
