3-D Theatricals of Los Angeles County and Orange County is pleased to present Monty Python's Tony Award-winning musical comedy SPAMALOT August 4 - 13 at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center (with an official press opening of August 5); and August 18 - 27, 2017 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts.

LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT present the fifth show of its 2016-2017 season, Davis Gaines starring in his Ovation award-winning role as Don Quixote in MAN OF LA MANCHA, with book by Dale Wasserman, lyrics by Joe Darion, music by Mitch Leigh, musical direction by Jeff Rizzo, choreography by Patti Colombo and directed by Glenn Casale. MAN OF LA MANCHA will preview on Friday, June 2, 2017 (with a press opening on Saturday, June 3) and run through Sunday, June 25, 2017 at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, 14900 La Mirada Blvd in La Mirada.  

Powerful, poignant and timely as ever, LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT presented the fourth show of its 2016-2017 season, the most acclaimed musical of all time, WEST SIDE STORY, book by Arthur Laurents, lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, music by Leonard Bernstein with musical direction by Brent Crayon, choreography by John Todd and directed by Ovation award-winner Richard Israel.

3-D Theatricals opened ONCE ON THIS ISLAND on February 10 at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center; and February 24 - March 5, 2017 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts.

On Friday, February 3 at 7:30pm, ASCAP Artistic Director and Tony, Oscar and Grammy Award-winning composer and lyricist Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell, Pippin, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Prince of Egypt) was joined by Broadway guest stars for An Evening with Stephen Schwartz: Music & Broadway Memories. 

La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts & McCoy Rigby Entertainment present the third show of its 2016-2017 season, Jason Robert Brown's THE LAST FIVE YEARS, starring Devin Archer and Natalie Storrs, with musical direction by Brent Crayon and directed by Ovation Award-winner Nick DeGruccio. Ovation Award-winners and Troubadour Theater Company favorites Rick Batalla, Lisa Valenzuela and Beth Kennedy reunite with long-time 'Troubie' Joseph Leo Bwarie in Little Drummer Bowie after his Broadway run as Frankie Valli in the Tony Award-winning musical Jersey Boys. Chris Isaacson Presents has announced the West Coast debut of Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp: Acoustically Speaking ? Celebrating 20 Years of Friendship for two shows only on Tuesday, October 25 and Wednesday, October 26 at 8:30pm at the Catalina Bar & Grill in Hollywood. Acoustically Speaking is a new show featuring two Broadway favorites coming together to celebrate music, memories, and their 20-year friendship.

This fall, the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts transformed much of its campus into a lively Little Italy themed street party in celebration of For The Record: Scorsese - American Crime Requiem. The Wallis and For The Record-the acclaimed company that began in a small bar in East Hollywood in 2010 and whose performances have quickly become must see shows-combined forces to pay homage to the visceral world of Martin Scorsese in a new co production that revolutionized the musical theater experience and brought the legendary filmmaker's epic soundtracks to life in a new generation cabaret, from September 21 through October 16. From the moment audiences arrived at The Wallis, the immersive experience began with special pre-show festivities, continued through an exhilarating performance, and finished with post-show gatherings that featured specially curated entertainment. BroadwayWorld was at the final performance of the production, and caught some of the most exciting moments on camera.
