The Airborne Toxic Event has announced North American tour dates in support of their landmark new album. The tour starts May 27 at Van Buren in Phoenix, AZ and ends with a very special performance with the SF Symphony at Davies Hall on August 1. The Los Angeles-based band's sixth LP and first new music in half a decade, HOLLYWOOD PARK is out Friday, May 8 via Rounder Records. Toronto's Kiwi Jr. have released the title-track off their forthcoming album Football Money.  The single highlights the bands penchant for crafting infectious indie-rock/garage pop that will stick in your brain on repeat. Northern Transmissions premiered “Football Money” and Kiwi Jr. told them “we came up with the concept for this song while in an Uber XL loaded up with all of our gear on the way to a gig at the Silver Dollar (r.i.p.) in Toronto - the driver was going on about how much soccer player Paul Pogba was being paid and we started thinking about the weight of 'football money' as controlled, or scaled currency by which to measure things. Musically we came up with something like Superchunk meets the Clean, but I distinctly remember trying to sound early Misfits in the early demo stages.”

On the heels of the iconic Tournament of Champions, “JEOPARDY!” is coming to ABC in a multiple consecutive night event with “JEOPARDY! The Greatest of All Time,” premiering TUESDAY, JAN. 7 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. Hosted by Alex Trebek, “JEOPARDY! The Greatest of All Time” is produced by Sony Pictures Television. Harry Friedman will executive produce.

In support of a forthcoming solo album, Nathaniel Rateliff returns to his early acoustic days with the And It's Still Alright tour. The show will feature many facets of Rateliff's musicianship—ranging from stripped back moments with just his voice and an acoustic guitar to the accompaniment of a full band. The set list will feature songs from his entire catalog as well as the new album, which will be released via Stax Records early next year. The extensive run of theater shows begins in Minneapolis on March 4 and includes multiple shows at Los Angeles' Theatre at Ace Hotel and San Francisco's Palace Of Fine Arts, in addition to stops at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, D.C.'s The Anthem, The Chicago Theatre and the renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater. More dates, including performances in the U.K. and Europe, are to be announced.

SHOWTIME has announced a pilot order for the half-hour comedy series BIG DEAL, starring and executive produced by Emmy nominee Vanessa Bayer (Saturday Night Live). Bayer co-created the project with Emmy nominee Jeremy Beiler (Saturday Night Live), who will also executive produce. Emmy winner Jessi Klein (Inside Amy Schumer, BLACK MONDAY, Big Mouth) will serve as showrunner and executive produce along with Michael Showalter (The Big Sick, Wet Hot American Summer), who will direct.
