The cast of LA's hit musical Louis & Keely Live at the Sahara are giving their best to do their namesake love duo justice. The toe-tapping musical is announcing an unprecedented fifth extension and will run in the Geffen Playhouse's Audrey Skriball Kenis Theater through September 27, 2009.

RICHARD 3.5: LIGHT RUMINATIONS ON MURDER is presented by Sandglass Theater with Bob Berky and Eric Bass through August 30 at Woodstock Fringe: 2009 Festival of Theatre and Song. The show opens on August 21.

THE NIGHT THE CARDIFF GIANT SANG ROSSINI ON THE LAWN, written by Charles R. Traeger, makes its world premiere at Woodstock Fringe: 2009 Festival of Theatre and Song, through August 23. The show opened on August 13 and is directed by Wallace Norman.

Artistic Director Nicholas Martin presented the final Nikos Stage show of the 2009 Williamstown Theatre Festival season, Caroline in Jersey by Melinda Lopez (Sonia Flew, Alexandros) and directed by Amanda Charlton (WTF Artistic Associate, Dissonance), which played August 5 through 16.

Closing the season is Quartermaine's Terms by Simon Gray. Tony-nominated director Maria Aitken (Broadway and West End's award-winning production of The 39 Steps) directs this production which will play in Williamstown from August 12-23.

The Torch-Bearers by George Kelly was the third production. Tony-nominated stage and screen actor Dylan Baker (November, Mauritius, Revolutionary Road) adapted and directed this production which played from July 29 through August 9.

Big Idea Theatre presents CLOSER, written by Patrick Marber. This production is directed by Katie Chapman. The show opened August 14 and continues through September 12, 2009.

The Acting Company presents FORECLOSURES, written and directed by Curt Schroeder. FORECLOSURES runs through September 6 and opened August 14.

United States Veterans Initiative, a non-profit working with homeless veterans, is presenting TRULY DUALLY: A MUSICAL ABOUT HOMELESSNESS at the Las Vegas Library Theatre in mid-November.

After 17 years, Tony n' Tina are heading on their honeymoon. Route 66 Theatre Company will present the Chicago premiere of HIGH FIDELITY in its first major production since its Broadway run in 2006. The show started previews August 8, 2009; opened Monday, August 17 at 7 p.m.; and will run through October 11, 2009 at the Tony n' Tina's Wedding space at Pipers Alley Theater.

THE ELABORATE ENTRANCE OF CHAD DEITY is by Kristoffer Diaz and directed by Eddie Torres, presented in association with Teatro Vista. It runs from September 25 - November 1, 2009.

YEAR ZERO is by Michael Golamco and directed by Andrea J. Dymond. It runs from September 11 - October 25, 2009.
