New Moon Rain at AFS Cinema

New Moon Rain, part of the 11th Annual Indie Meme Film Festival's Texas Showcase, follows a devoted father whose life is disrupted when traditional discipline methods lead to harsh accusations and community judgment. The film is among a curated slate of works by locally-based South Asian filmmakers screening at AFS Cinema. Written and directed by Santosh Dahal, it highlights the South Asian diaspora voices that define this year's festival programming.
