Set during the Atlanta Transit Strike of 1950 the adaptation of O. Henry’s Classic, The Gift of the Magi centers around a local streetcar driver and his wife struggling to stay afloat. Christmas is around the corner and the couple can’t afford gifts. After meeting and befriending the local Jewelry shop owner and his wife, things start to look up!. Magi tells the story of love, sacrifice and the blessing we often take for granted.
