Three gripping and beautiful one-act operas written by Giacomo Puccini that includes Il Tabarro, Suor Angelica, and Gianni Schicchi. The first two operas follow the tales of two women -- one haunted by her past, one yearning for her future -- and the lengths to which each will go to achieve them. The last is a sparkling comic farce based on a character mentioned in Dante's Divine Comedy. An evening of love, laughter, and longing that will touch your heart. Performances March 16 and 17 at 8:00; March 18 at 3:30 at the onant Performing Arts Center at Oglethorpe University.
