Biggs last starred on Broadway opposite Elisabeth Moss in The Heidi Chronicles. His past New York credits include The Play What I Wrote, The Graduate and Conversations With My Father. As a film actor, he is well known for his role as 'Jim Levenshtein' in the American Pie series. Biggs also appeared as 'Larry Bloom' in two seasons of the Netflix prison drama Orange Is the New Black and voiced 'Leonardo' in the animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
