For the last 25 years, Hungarian/German producer and percussionist Leslie Mandoki has united legendary icons of Anglo-American rock and jazz-rock into one supergroup he calls the "ManDoki Soulmates." For the first time in the US, the group made their debut public performance at New York City's Beacon Theatre on Monday, January 29th, at 8 pm.

Mandoki, who escaped Communist Hungary as a youth in the 60s, decided to follow his father's dying words, to "live your dreams, not dream your life." Having dreams of performing with legendary artists from the US, including members of Cream, Toto, Emerson Lake and Palmer, and Blood Sweat and Tears, Mandoki has achieved all that he dreamed and more!

Today, the ManDoki Soulmates continue to spread their "Wings of Freedom", performing at sold-out concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, L'Olympia in Paris, Berlin Concert House, Palais des Festivals in Cannes, and Sziget festival in Hungary (25th Anniversary Concert).

The all-star lineup for their January 29th concert included: Leslie Mandoki, Bobby Kimball (Toto), John Helliwell (Supertramp), Mark Hart (Supertramp & Crowded House) and Chris Thompson (Manfred Mann's Earth Band), Nick van Eede (Cutting Crew), and jazz artists Cory Henry, Randy Brecker, Bill Evans, Till Brönner, Klaus Doldinger and Julia Mandoki.
