Christmas came early for the staff of MSNBC's "Way Too Early" and "Morning Joe" when popular morning show anchor Thomas Roberts hosted a holiday party in Hell's Kitchen. Thomas, Mika Brzezinski, and a room full of holiday revelers from the network enjoyed a special performance by students and teaching artists from the Broadway Dreams Foundation, including Noah Ricketts (Beautiful - The Carole King Musical), Dan Tracy, Luke Hawkins (West Side Story), Jeff Pew (Cinderella), and Isabelle ("American Idol").

The Broadway Dreams Foundation teaches the next generation of musical theater performers how to kick start their career through unique, week-long performance intensives taught by Broadway's brightest stars and savvy industry insiders. Attendees receive first-rate training in acting, dance and vocal performance before participating alongside their Broadway idols in concerts event open to the public and directed by one of the industry's finest directors. This past year, 42% of all BDF students attended programs on full or partial scholarship. Past students have gone on to star on Broadway and in national touring and regional productions including If/Then, Beautiful the Carole King Musical, The Book of Mormon, Motown the Musical, and more.
