Photo Coverage: Manhattan Theatre Club Annual Spring Gala

Casts from this season's best Broadway and Off-Broadway musicals were featured in Manhattan Theatre Club's Spring Gala, Monday, May 9, at the New York Hilton. John Lithgow hosted the evening, which included numbers from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, La Cage Aux Folles, Sweet Charity, Altar Boyz and Brooklyn the Musical along with special performances by Mario Cantone and Amanda "The Rose" McBroom.

The evening honored Manhattan Theatre Club Executive Producer Barry Grove on the 30th anniversary of his leadership at MTC. All monies raised from this annual event benefited MTC's extensive educational outreach programs, its acclaimed reading series, its musical theatre program, and its playwriting fellowship program.
