Sometimes it is not clear if the real danger lies outside your house-or within.

How far would you go to hold onto the ones you love? Retired banker Samuel Becker has been living happily in the woods for 30 years with Gregory South, a retired interior decorator with a big libido and the temperament of a child. But the strategy he's chosen to keep his partner happy starts to unravel when a reporter comes snooping around in this dark, funny, and maybe even a little bit disturbing, mystery play.

William Ivor Fowkes is a playwright and author based in New York. His plays have been presented in 23 states and the District of Columbia as well as on the radio. Several of his plays have been published and his fiction has been published in many journals. His other full-length plays include MUSEUM LOVERS (Harlequin Productions, Auburn, NY), SUNSHINE QUEST (Fresh Fruit Festival, New York City), ALL IN THE FACULTY (published by Dramatists Play Service), and others. PRIVATE PROPERTY has been presented in readings at Penobscot Theatre Company, Bangor, ME and at the Pulse Ensemble Theatre in New York City. For more information: www.williamivorfowkes.com
