Musicals Tonight Honors Understudies in May 15 Concert

Musicals Tonight continues its ongoing salute to Broadway's Standbys and Understudies with At This Performance…to be held on Sunday, May 15th at the 45th Street Theatre, 354 West 45th Street at 8 PM. This edition will be the final one for this theatrical season.

Hosted by Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to display their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Musical Director/ Accompanist for the evening will be Danny Purcefull.

Scheduled for Sunday, May 15th are Justin Bohon (All Shook Up), Todd Buonopane (The 25th Anniversary Putnam County Spelling Bee), Patti Cohenour (The Light in the Piazza), Merwin Foard (La Cage aux Folles), Jason Gillman (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), Emily Hsu (Spamalot), Tricia Jeffrey (All Shook Up), Michael Shawn Lewis (The Phantom of the Opera), Kevin Ligon (The Producers), James Ludwig (Spamalot), Willis White (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), Virginia Woodruff (All Shook Up) and Nick Wyman (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels). There also will be several special surprises.
