Miolina to Perform SOUNDS OF PARK AVENUE at The Skyscraper Museum
Violin duo Mioi Takeda & Lynn Bechtold will present classical and contemporary works inspired by The Invention of Park Avenue exhibition.
Violin duo Miolina returns to The Skyscraper Museum for a set of concerts meant to complement the current exhibition The Invention of Park Avenue. Mioi Takeda & Lynn Bechtold perform Sounds of Park Avenue, a program that features a mix of classical favorites and newer contemporary gems.
Just as Park Avenue has evolved over generations, the music in these concerts highlight how creative ideas are built, adapted, and reimagined. (In addition to the main evening concert on Friday, June 12th, the additional Saturday, June 13th "Kids' Edition" includes some fun surprises with Park Avenue connections to literature and film.
Designed for children of all ages, the program blends performance with conversation, in an engaging and accessible way.)
