Low Cut Connie Travels to SXSW, Headlines Bowery Ballroom This Spring

The New York Times calls a Low Cut Connie performance "a phenomenon" and the LA Weekly says, "their live show is unmatched in all of rock right now." Even President Obama is a fan of the band, adding them to his 2015 Spotify Summer Playlist.

Next month, Low Cut Connie will descend upon Austin and SXSW for a week of shows with front man Adam Weiner leading a soul-rock-revival from atop his piano, Shondra. Soon after, they wrap their tour in NYC on Saturday, April 9 to headline Bowery Ballroom. Tickets for Bowery can be purchased HERE and a full list of dates can be found on the band's website.

Low Cut Connie's recently release, Hi Honey has been lauded by everyone from Rolling Stone, MOJO and Maxim to Uncut, World Cafe and Sound Opinions, who named it a Top 5 Record of 2015 saying, "they're the essence of what rock n roll should be." Hi Honey was produced by renowned Daptone Records guitarist Thomas Brenneck (Amy Winehouse, Sharon Jones, Charles Bradley, Alabama Shakes) and features guest stars Merrill Garbus (TuneYards), Dean Ween, Greg Cartwright (Reigning Sound), members of the Dap Kings, and a cameo from the Sopranos cast member Vinnie Pastore (Big Pussy).
