'Live at Lincoln' to Feature '110,' 'Drowsy' Stars, Etc.

In the week leading up to the Tony Awards, Barnes & Noble's popular "Live at Lincoln" series that has brought Broadway casts of Company, Grey Gardens, and many others up close and personal with their audiences--will present three Tony-filled musical events.

Starting on Tuesday, June 5, at 5:30pm, Tony-winners and 2007 nominees Audra McDonald and John Cullum--stars of the hit Broadway revival of 110 In the Shade --and other cast members will perform three musical selections from the score. They will be joined by veteran lyricist Tom Jones to sign copies of the new cast recording.

On Thursday, June 7, at 5:30pm, three-time Tony-winning producer Stewart F. Lane (Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Will Rogers Follies, and La Cage aux Folles) and now the author of Let's Put on a Show!, will guest-host an evening of Broadway musical selections by Tony-winner Leslie Uggams, Tony-nominee Dee Hoty, and acclaimed vocalist Julie Budd (The New Classics). All the guests will be available after to sign books and CDs.

And capping off Tony week on Friday, June 8 at 5:30pm will be a mix of current and original cast members from the Tony-winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone. Musical selections from the show will be performed by Peter Bartlett, Tony-nominee Danny Burstein, Tony-winners John Glover and Beth Leavel, and stage and television star Joanne Worley. A CD signing of the cast recording will follow.

All events will take place in the third floor event space at the Barnes & Noble Lincoln triangle location at 1972 Broadway at 66th Street.
