Guthrie Launches 'Little House' Musical Web Site
The Guthrie announced today the launch of LittleHousetheMusical.com , a new micro-site dedicated to the upcoming world premiere production of the musical Little House on the Prairie. Designed by Twin Cities-based Gorton Studios, the site builds off the show artwork created by SpotCo, the Guthrie's New York-based creative agency, and offers video content, downloads, news, promotions and interactive resources to help enhance the experience for audiences.
The site follows a structure similar to the Guthrie's main site, which was also designed by Gorton, and expands on the functionality of MyMidsummer.com, the site which Gorton created to promote the Guthrie's recent smash-hit A Midsummer Night's Dream. "We continue to be inspired and excited by our partnership with Gorton Studios," said Trish Santini, Guthrie External Relations Director. "They have done a wonderful job capturing the spirit of the show, and have created the perfect platform on which to offer our audiences a way to enhance the experience of seeing this musical both before and afterwards."
