Fashion Photo of the Day 6/4/13 - Alessandra Ambrosia & Karlie Kloss

The 2013 CFDA Fashion Awards took place last night at Alice Tully Hall in New York's iconic Lincoln Center. The annual event recognizes outstanding contributions made to American fashion by individuals from all areas of the industry and related arts. Awards were given for excellence in womenswear, menswear, and accessories in addition to excellence in journalism, creative vision, and lifetime achievement.

As to be expected, the red carpet was dazzling with stars, models, designers and more. And Fashion was clearly the star. I had a hard time picking just one Fashion Photo to feature so I broke my own rule and went with two today. Models Alessandra Ambrosia and Karlie Kloss both looked smoking hot, elegant and chic and together, they are the embodiement of the some of the season's hottest trends.

Ambrosia wore a simple white Kaufman Franco gown with a complete open back. To me there is nothing more daring, more sexy than a white blackless gown. You need to hold yourself with such confidence and grace to pull it off and there is not question she did. Kloss chose a black plunging neckline Cushnie et Ochs dress that I love. Also very sexy and the cut of the dress definitely has a mix of soft and hard. I love both dresses and thought both women look exquisite. By far my favorites of the night!
