FIDDLER ON THE ROOF Opens In Philly With Cast Activities And Festive Opening Night It could be a new 'Tradition'..... For the first time in over 30 years, the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Fiddler On The Roof is coming to Philadelphia! The national touring production will open on Tuesday, October 23 at the Academy of Music.

A festive opening night (Tues. Oct. 23), along with other events during the week will include a Master Class where students will learn the 'Bottle Dance' from the show (Thurs. Oct. 25), and a cast visit to the National Museum of American Jewish History (Fri. Oct. 26), where cast members will see Fiddler memorabilia on display at the Museum.

The beloved theatrical classic is the heartwarming story of fathers and daughters, husbands and wives, and life, love and laughter. The classic musical is rich with Broadway hits, including "To Life (L'Chaim!), "If I Were A Rich Man," "Sunrise, Sunset," "Matchmaker, Matchmaker," and "Tradition."

Fiddler On The Roof continues at the Academy of Music through Sunday, October 28.
