Strange Delight (Fort Greene, Brooklyn) the lively seafood restaurant and oyster counter is ready to celebrate. Inspired by New Orleans and taking cues from New York City’s rich oyster culture, Strange Delight has been hailed for how it “treats the Crescent City with subtlety and studiousness, without sacrificing any fun” by The New Yorker. For Mother’s Day, Chef Ham El-Waylly has curated a New Orleans inspired pre-fixe menu, offered at $68 per guest with supplemental dishes and cocktails available. Starters to share including Strange Delight’s Tower Service with local oysters, steamed shrimp, mussels escabeche, fish dip, shrimp remoulade, mignonette, cocktail, ravigote, fried saltines and Zapps; The Salad with iceberg, italian dressing and olive relish. Choice of entrée between Grits with poached egg and shrimp etouffee; Blackened Catfish with collards, red beans and rice; Eggs Sardou, a New Orleans brunch classic; Fried Chicken Tray. Desserts include Bread Pudding; and a pastry special from Strange Delight’s viral Good Morning Café. Supplemental options include Strange Delight’s popular Po’ Boy sandwiches available with Shrimp, Green Tomato or Fried Catfish; Fry Basket with catfish nuggets, shrimp, green tomato, fries, and remoulade.
Estelle’s (Meatpacking District) This new contemporary American restaurant blends nostalgic, family-inspired recipes with polished sophistication. The menu features shareable plates and refined classics built around seasonal ingredients, alongside a thoughtfully curated beverage program and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Perfectly located for a post-brunch shopping stroll, Estelle’s is offering a special two-course prix-fixe this Mother’s Day, with highlights like Honey Butter Pancakes, the Estelle Burger, and sides such as Thick Cut Bacon and Duck Fat Tots. The two-course prix-fixe menu is $60. It will be served on Sunday, May 10th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Jeong Yuk Jeom (Midtown) Jeong Yuk Jeom will be serving up its renowned, Michelin Guide-recognized KBBQ on Mother’s Day - just steps from Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and Broadway - perfect for the mom looking to try something new, have fun, or dine with large groups. The pricing is a la carte. Jeong Yuk Jeom (translating to “butcher shop”) is a beloved KBBQ concept originally from LA that has been lauded by the Michelin Guide and the LA Times. Known for its renowned prime-grade and aged beef, comes from restaurateur and brother duo Jaeyong and Andrew Son, whose original Los Angeles location has gained a cult following as a top destination for Korean barbecue known for high-quality cuts. Offering a dynamic dining experience, Jeong Yuk Jeom is a bi-level space with a standing bar and neon-lined meat case downstairs and expansive dining room that can accommodate 8 to 10 guests dining together.
Aqua (Flatiron) Aqua New York features a distinctive dual-cuisine concept that brings together contemporary Japanese and Italian menus under one roof. Guests can seamlessly enjoy dishes from both Aqua Kyoto and Aqua Roma through a single menu, alongside cocktails at Aqua Spirit, the restaurant’s expansive central bar. The space spans two floors and includes multiple private dining rooms, blending striking design with a high-energy, immersive dining experience. Cuna at The Standard (East Village) Cuna will offer both its brunch and dinner menus for guests celebrating Mother’s Day. Brunch includes must-try dishes such as huevos rancheros, chilaquiles topped with a sunny-side-up egg, crema, and chicken, as well as French toast served with grilled pineapple, strawberries, and crispy bacon. For dinner, guests can enjoy must-try dishes like wagyu New York strip, yellowtail tostada, and roasted sea bass with coconut ginger rice and mango. The pricing is a la carte. Cuna is by acclaimed chef Maycoll Calderón, created in collaboration with The Standard, East Village. Inspired by the rhythms of Mexico City and Mérida, Cuna celebrates the everyday flavors and traditions of Mexico through a New York lens. Led by Calderón and his wife Marifer Durán, Cuna is a vibrant meeting point of culture, cuisine, and hospitality, where Mexican culinary storytelling meets the dynamic energy of downtown New York.
Giulietta (Midtown East) From the team behind La Pecora Bianca, Giulietta is a stunning new arrival to the MetLife building, where the effortless elegance of the Mediterranean coastline meets the mid-century glamour of New York. This Mother’s Day, Giulietta invites families to celebrate with a three-course prix-fixe dinner menu curated of refined Italian classics. The experience begins with Cacio e Pepe Arancini and Whipped Ricotta Toast, followed by signature mains like House-made Rigatoni and Grilled Salmon, before concluding on a sweet note with a decadent Pistachio Cheesecake. The two-course prix-fixe menu is $85 and will be served on Mother’s Day from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
BLACKBARN Restaurant (NoMad) The farm-to-table, American restaurant from Award-Winning Chef/Owner John Doherty, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2025 plans to celebrate mom with a special family-style tasting menu along with a curated a la carte offering. The tasting menu ($56/pp, for two or more people) starts with Shrimp Bao Buns with pickled carrots and chipotle aioli; Burratina & Prosciutto San Daniele with roasted tomatoes, aged balsamic, olive oil on house-made sourdough and Gem Lettuce Caesar Salad. Entrees on the brunch menu cover the entire flavor section with dishes such as the Steak Frites with lemon-thyme aioli, Eggs Benedict with choice of ham or salmon with hollandaise served on top of a house-made English Muffin or Cornflake Crusted French Toast served with caramelized apples and a vanilla-bourbon crème anglaise. For a sweet treat, dessert options include its signature made-to-order Apple Cider Donuts, Chocolate Caramel Pudding or Pavlova with fresh berries. Sirrah (Meatpacking District) Sirrah will be celebrating Mother’s Day by offering its classic, three-course prix-fixe brunch menu (available from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM) that includes elevated comfort dishes, unlimited fries, and brunch cocktails. Dishes include their beloved Sirrah Burger, French Toast, Tuna Niçoise Salad, or Lox Tower, for a supplemental cost. Each guest is served assorted brunch pastries, unlimited fries, and a Berries & Crème dessert. The brunch price is $60 per person. Sirrah is a maximalist French prix-fixe restaurant and bar from Ryan Harris’s September Hospitality. Designed by award-winning LA and London-based interior architecture firm Fettle, Sirrah’s 120-seat space unfolds with a sense of theatrical progression across a series of distinct rooms, each wrapped in rich fabric, bold color, and layered textures.
Bar Blondeau (Brooklyn) The restaurant is a world-class hotel bar and terrace boasting sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, located on the 6th floor of Wythe Hotel. Named among the city’s best bars by numerous local and national publications, Bar Blondeau offers a seasonally-inspired menu and familiar favorites, by Chef Partner Aidan O’Neal, alongside an international selection of natural wines and spectacular cocktails. Craft (Flatiron) The restaurant will be celebrating Mother’s Day by offering a three-course brunch from 11am-2:30pm. During the holiday, guests can enjoy a special pastry basket, followed by dishes like Citrus Cured Hamachi with Rhubarb and Fennel; Short Rib Hash with Poached Eggs and Black Garlic Bordelaise; and Chocolate Soufflé with Vanilla Ice Cream. The brunch price is $125pp ($55 for children 12 and under). Craft is the iconic New York City restaurant from eight-time James Beard Award–winning chef Tom Colicchio, known for its elegant, ingredient-driven cooking and genuine hospitality. Since opening in 2001, Craft has helped define modern American dining, earning a James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant, a Michelin star, and consistent praise from The New York Times and Esquire, and the like. Recently, the restaurant entered a new era with the debut of its à la carte menu—the first major evolution in its 24-year history—as it looks ahead to celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026.
Café Chelsea (Chelsea) The French-American bistro located inside the iconic Hotel Chelsea. Guests celebrating Mother’s Day can enjoy a special Tarte à la Tomate, an heirloom tomato tart with caramelized shallots, dijon, comte, and herb salad. Additionally,signature dishes such as Pain Perdu, French toast filled with mascarpone, served with cognac maple syrup; Croque-Monsieur with rosemary ham, gruyere, béchamel sauce, on brioche; and Saumon Fumé with sliced smoked salmon, crème fraîche, capers, and sourdough will also be served. Their all-day menu from acclaimed Chef Jaime Young, Cofounder of Sunday Hospitality ranges from French classics to contemporary interpretations of beloved favorites including Ravioles du Dauphiné, Poulet Rôti, and Steak Frites. The beverage program from Sunday Hospitality’s Beverage Director Brian Evans highlights a natural-leaning wine list and classic cocktails.
Kiwami Omakase (DUMBO, Brooklyn) This New York–style Japanese omakase restaurant located along the Brooklyn Bridge Park has stunning views of Lower Manhattan and direct water ferry service from Manhattan. Highlights from Kiwami’s signature omakase include Ikura Tartare (spring-roll tartlet with sweet potato purée, salmon roe, saltwater uni, shiso flower), Kanpachi (smoked amberjack brightened with yuzu and lime zest, yuzu sauce, plum-marinated tomato), and Unagi (barbecued eel finished with foie gras). Bazaar Meat by José Andrés (NoMad) To celebrate Mother’s Day, the restaurant, located in at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, will be celebrating with its classic a la carte menu and signature tasting menu, an immersive, multi-course experience showcasing the restaurant’s most iconic dishes, including the fire-roasted Ribeye “Chuleton” (100% brown hair wagyu sourced from Flatonia, TX), The Bazaar “Caesar” Salad prepared tableside, and their signature Key Lime Beach for dessert. The pricing is a la carte. Guided by Michelin-starred Chef José Andrés, Bazaar Meat redefines the modern steakhouse through a bold, theatrical approach centered on large-cut, wood-fired meats and luxurious small plates. The menu is centered around prized and large-cut wood-fired meats, with a robust American Wagyu beef program, and an exclusive “Tasting through Japan” menu featuring Wagyu and Kobe beef prepared tableside on Ishiyaki stone.
Sunday in Brooklyn (Brooklyn) Sunday in Brooklyn’s brunch menu will be available for guests looking to dine out on Mother’s Day. Guests celebrating can enjoy their highly acclaimed Sunday Pancakes with hazelnut maple praline and brown butter, as well as other standout dishes including Shakshuka with stewed peppers and tomatoes, poached eggs, feta and focaccia; Cheddar Biscuits with poached eggs, breakfast sausage gravy, and hot sauce; Steak & Eggs with a 7oz flat iron steak, lemon gremolata, scrambled eggs, cheddar, Long Island home fries, and multigrain toast; and more. Ginger Ristorante (Midtown) The restaurant is centrally located near Rockefeller Center and will be open on Mother’s Day, offering a special brunch menu from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm and its standard à la carte menu from 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Set in a beautifully designed environment with a serene yet lively ambiance, the restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a private dining room. It’s the perfect setting to celebrate Mom, followed by a day of window shopping on 5th Avenue or a visit to MoMA, to name a few attractions in the area. Families can delight in healthy, organic Italian brunch dishes like Frittata, an omelette filled with confit tomatoes, goat cheese, and served with mixed greens, alongside signature dishes such as Chitarra ai gamberi e limone, a house-made fresh pasta with shrimp, Ferrarini butter, and Meyer lemon, and Salmone, roasted salmon with ginger glaze, avocado purée, mango, cucumber, and watermelon radish. Bombay Chowk (Upper East Side) The restaurnat offers a celebration spot for moms who appreciate bold, comforting flavors and a meal that feels home-cooked with care. Since opening in 2018, it has become a neighborhood favorite, known for its regional Indian cuisine with a distinctive focus on Goan dishes. Mother’s Day specials will be offered during their dinner service from 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm. Central Park Boathouse (Central Park at E. 72nd) The scenic restaurant will be offering select specials in addition to their all-day menu on Mother’s Day, with reservations open for booking starting April 18th. The pricing is a la carte. Central Park Boathouse is the iconic New York City institution founded in 1954 and located in the heart of Central Park, overlooking the Lake. After undergoing a major renovation, the property reopened last spring, debuting a redesigned restaurant, café, and private events space, as well as a refreshed menu helmed by Executive Chef Adam Fiscus.
Momofuku Noodle Bar Uptown (Columbus Circle) Momofuku will be offering a multi-course Mother’s Day Feast. Guests can start with the Momofuku Salad and Pickle Trio, followed by a choice of Vietnamese Fried Chicken, Galbi Steak, or Glazed Bo Ssam. Side choices include Charred Broccolini and Crispy Potatoes, and guests can finish on a sweet note with a choice of Soft Serve or Miso Chocolate Chip Cookie. It is a prix fixe for $89 for an adult/$39 per child. The restaurant offers a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed buns, soft serve and daily specials, alongside a distinctive menu of interactive, large format dishes. Momofuku Noodle Bar East Village (East Village) For Mother’s Day Momofuku will be offering a multi-course Mother’s Day Feast. Guests can start with the Fluke Kimbap and Pickle Trio, followed by a choice of Curry Fried Chicken, Crispy Dorade, or Mushroom Crispy Rice. Side choices include Snap Pas and Crispy Potatoes, and guests can finish on a sweet note with a choice of Soft Serve or Milk Chocolate Pie. It s a prix fixe for $89 for an adult/$39 per child. The first restaurant from chef David Chang, Noodle Bar opened in the East Village in 2004.
