Carín León to Launch Sphere Residency Sept 4, Fontainebleau Vegas Takeover
The Mexican artist has drawn coverage from Good Morning America, NPR Tiny Desk and The New York Times.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas is announcing a first-of-its-kind, resort-wide partnership with 2x GRAMMY-winning and 4x Latin GRAMMY-winning global superstar Carín León, one of the most culturally celebrated Mexican performers. 'Carín León Takes Over Fontainebleau,' running Sept. 1 through 14, arrives as Carín León makes a historic sold-out seven-show run on the Las Vegas Strip. This exclusive partnership between Carín León and the resort culminates during Mexican Independence Day Weekend (Sept. 10 through 13), historically one of the biggest and most celebrated weekends on the Las Vegas calendar. Hispanic communities and visitors from across the U.S. and Latin America converge on the Strip for a citywide celebration of culture, music and heritage.
'We are honored to welcome Carín León, his culture and his fans to the resort for two unforgettable weeks that celebrate Hispanic heritage and Mexican Independence Day in a unique and unforgettable way,' said Michael Waltman, Senior Vice President of Hospitality and Nightlife. 'Fontainebleau's storied legacy is built upon partnering with entertainment that transcends generations, genres and cultures, and creates moments that last for a lifetime. For Fontainebleau Las Vegas to align with an artist of León's stature underscores just how significant this partnership is for the resort.'
'What we're about to experience in Las Vegas will be historic and deeply special for me. It's about bringing a piece of who we are—our music, our culture, and Mexico—to a place like Fontainebleau and sharing it with everyone who comes to celebrate with us,' shared Carín León. 'Watching the entire resort become part of this moment is something I never imagined, and it fills me with so much pride. We're coming to Las Vegas to have the time of our lives, celebrate where we come from, and, hopefully, create memories we'll never forget.'
'Carín León Takes Over Fontainebleau' will transform the resort into the ultimate destination for Carín León fans, with activations spanning dining, nightlife and retail throughout the resort, including custom photo moments and an exclusive merchandise collection.

About El Coyote Del Norte
El Coyote del Norte is a taquería from Hermosillo, Sonora, established in March 2026 to celebrate and share Northern Mexico's gastronomic and cultural identity. Its approach blends Sonoran classics—such as carne asada, tripe, beef fillet and caramelo, vampire, and campechano tacos—with house creations crafted from premium ingredients, wagyu cuts, and contemporary techniques, elevating the taco experience without sacrificing authenticity. More than a gastronomic approach, El Coyote del Norte was conceived from the start as a Sonoran Ambassador, bringing its cuisine, music, identity, and hospitality beyond its borders. The project brings together Carín León, Jorge Juárez, José Figueroa (JAF), and the Mexican restaurateur Sebastián Chacón, who has over two decades of experience in gastronomic concept development, along with an entrepreneurial collective and Sonoran creators, all united by a shared vision: to take Northern Mexico's taste and culture to the world, honoring its roots while shaping a new chapter in its history.
