And a Happy Birthday shout-out to Judith Ivey, who turns 65 on Sunday!

Judith Ivey last starred on Broadway in THE AUDIENCE. Before that, she took the New YOrk stage in THE HEIRESS, FOLLIES, VOICES IN THE DARK, PARK YOUR CAR IN HARVARD YARD, BLITHE SPIRIT, PRECIOUS SONS, HURLYBURLY (her second Tony and Drama Desk awards in 1985), STEAMING (which earned her a Tony and Drama Desk in 1983), PIAF and BEDROOM FARCE. She just finished a run in OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BABES opposite Estelle Parsons off-Broadway. Among her other off-Broadway credits are THE GLASS MENAGERIE, THE LADY WITH ALL THE ANSWERS and THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES. She is well known for her role on the TV series DESIGNING WOMEN. Ivey is also a director, having helmed productions both off-Broadway and regionally.
