After sold-out shows at the Canal Room and the Laurie Beechman, Cutting-Edge Composers brings its latest concert to NYMF on Monday, July 23rd at 7 and 9:30 pm at the Theatre at St. Clement's (423 w. 46th Street). Up-and-coming musical theatre writers are teamed with Broadway's hottest performers at the concert directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto (Next to Normal), co-produced by Jillian Robbins, and musically directed by Virginia Hart Pike.

This summer brings a whole new wave of composers/lyricists, including Joey Contreras, Anna Dagmar, Colleen Dauncey and Akiva Romer-Segal, Kevin Fogarty, Drew Fornarola, Drew Gasparini, Michael Kooman and Christopher Dimond, Peter Lerman, Paul Loesel and Scott Burkell, Virginia Pike, Will Reynolds, Zoe Sarnak, Ben Velez, Michael Patrick Walker, and Zack Zadek!  And a special surprise appearance by a world-renowned composer!

With performances by Matt Bailey (Jersey Boys), Steven Booth (Dogfight), Joe Cassidy (Catch Me If You Can), Harrison Chad (Caroline, or Change), Lilli Cooper (Spring Awakening), Jennifer Damiano (Spiderman), Blake Daniel (Spring Awakening), Jennifer Diamond (Broadway Dreams), Noah Galvin (the Burnt Part Boys), Emma Hunton (Rent), Nate Kassas (Sydney Dance Co.), Derek Klena (Dogfight), Eric Michael Krop (Godspell), Jessica Phillips (Leap of Faith), Allison Posner (Volley Girls), Krysta Rodriguez (The Addams Family), Nic Rouleau (Book of Mormon), AJ Shively (La Cage Aux Folles), Maddy Trumble (Newsies), and Donna Vivino (Wicked). Hosted by Emmy Award-Winner Nick Leighton.

With an amazing band of Broadway musicians: Shannon Ford, Yuiko Kamakari, Dan Grennes, Alisa Horn, and Ethan Pakchar with associate musical direction by Jason Burrow.
