POTUS Will Come to Cyrano's Theatre Building

Cyrano's Theatre Company will present Selina Fillinger’s acclaimed political comedy POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive from May 21 through June 7, 2026 at the Cyrano's Theatre Building.
The uproarious farce centers on the seven women working behind the scenes to manage the chaos surrounding the President of the United States after one careless remark sparks a public relations disaster and threatens to spiral into an international crisis. Filled with sharp wit and fast-paced comedy, the play shines a spotlight on the brilliant and overworked women tasked with keeping the commander-in-chief afloat.
Written by playwright Selina Fillinger, the production became a Broadway sensation in 2022, earning three Tony Award nominations for its all-female ensemble comedy and biting political satire.
The production runs approximately two hours and is recommended for audiences ages 14 and up due to strong language and mature content. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Tickets begin at $35, with discounts available for seniors, military members, and students. Performances will feature electronic ticketing, allowing patrons to present tickets directly from their mobile devices upon entry.
A live-captioned performance will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Audience members wishing to access the service will need a personal smartphone or tablet.
