Mary Walsh's triumphant cross-Canada tour of her new show DANCING WITH RAGE arrives in Toronto on March 5 for a strictly limited three-week engagement at the Panasonic Theatre ... and Mary wants to invite all Newfoundlanders in Toronto to celebrate with her on Wednesday, March 6 at a special performance. It will be a Newfoundlanders love-in, with tickets only $9.99 (regular price is $79) for those who were born in that great province in the Atlantic.

Toronto has waited a long time for Mary's new hilarious and irreverent show, with its quirky wit and insight into contemporary Canadian politics and society. The show features many of Mary's famous and infamous creations, a cast of characters that includes Marg Delahunty, the Warrior Princess. -- whose "interaction" with Toronto Mayor Rob Ford made national and international headlines last year.

DANCING WITH RAGE was created and first performed in St. John's, Nfld., that great incubator of Canadian comedy. It has since played across the country, winning accolades from the critics and uproarious responses from audiences.

Each person born in Newfoundland can purchase $9.99 tickets for the 8:00 PM performance on Wednesday, March 6th, with valid identification, such as a Newfoundland birth certificate or passport; limited two tickets per person at this special price (only one person needs to have proof of Newfoundland birth).

Tickets are available by phone at 416-872-1212 (or 1-800-461-3333) or in person at the Panasonic Theatre box office, 651 Yonge St.
