On Sunday, August 31, The Kings of Leon will play their first show since drummer Nathan Followill sustained an injury to the ribs. According to The Celebrity Cafe, The Kings of Leon's tour had to be postponed for two weeks in August when Followill broke some ribs as their tour bus came to a sudden stop trying to avoid a pedestrian. Performed live as part of the Memphis Children's Theatre Festival in May, this energetic, family-friendly audio recording is a collaboration with Theatre Memphis's touring company ShoWagon. GRIMMS' FAIRY TALES brings to life three tales of folklore collected by the Brothers Grimm: 'The Old Woman in the Woods,' 'Little Red Cap,' and 'The Three Little Birds.' MisterWives Announce Full US Tour Supporting twenty one pilots This Fall

New York City's MisterWives are thrilled to announce that they'll be on the road all fall supporting twenty one pilots on a huge nationwide tour. This week, the band kicks off a run of dates with Bleachers, which will include a performance at this year's Made In America Festival in Philadelphia on August 31st alongside Kings of Leon, Pharrell, Grimes, and more. After wrapping up their trek with Bleachers with a hometown show at Webster Hall on September 4th, they'll join up with twenty one pilots beginning September 5th in Columbus. The tour will hit notable venues around the country along the way, including Los Angeles' Palladium, two nights at both Philadelphia's Tower Theatre and Chicago's Aragon Theatre, and the band's biggest hometown play yet at Terminal 5 in Manhattan. The tour wraps up in Houston on October 19th before MisterWives heads to Las Vegas to play the second annual Life is Beautiful Festival. (more...)
