The companies for this session represent mixed disciplines ranging from dance to theater to opera. Chosen by a BAM-convened panel, the organizations taking part in this session are Encompass New Opera Theatre, Satellite Collective, Summation Dance, and Treehouse Shakers. Earlier this monthEarlier this month, the Toronto Star reported that Chilina Kennedy, who made her Broadway debut in 2012's Jesus Christ Superstar, would soon join the Broadway production of BEAUTIFUL as 'Carole King' in early 2015, when current star Mueller leaves to lead the national tour.
