Starlight presents in partnership with The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art Monet & Friends Alive, a multi-sensory experience that allows viewers to experience the sights and sounds of 19th century Europe through the eyes of Claude Monet and the Impressionist painters who immortalized them.

The premise of The Lesson is simple enough, but as this play comes from the pen of Eugène Ionesco, the master of French absurdist theatre, nothing is ever that simple. Max Lewendel’s returning production is funny, absurd and ultimately chilling.

 Fault Line Theatre will continue the 2022 Season of Irons in the  Fire, the organization’s reading series of new plays in development, with God Save the Queer by Zackary Grady, directed by Portia Krieger and featuring Michael Urie (George), Mallory Portnoy (Charlotte), Keshav Moodliar (Tariq), Seth Clayton (Louis), and Mary McCann (Kate).

BroadwayWorld is saddened to report that Joan Copeland, stage and screen actress, and sister of playwright Arthur Miller, has died at age 99.

The company is working with community partners to invite children to see a family friendly production each season. The goal is to bring  1,000 children to see a production. One performance ticket is distributed for every $50 tax-deductible donation.

Sugar Ray by Laurence Holder will have its theatrical premiere January 6 to 23, 2022 at Gene Frankel Theatre, 24 Bond Street, presented by 24 Bond Arts Center in association with Faith Steps Productions and performed by AUDELCO-winner Reginald L. Martin Markinson, one of the leading Broadway producers and independent theatre owners of the past 50 years, died on Thursday, January 7th at his home in Santa Fe, New Mexico surrounded by love. He was 89 years old.

Siccardi has passed away at 89. Arthur P., II was one of the best-loved figures in the American theater, with a distinguished career as a production supervisor that spanned five decades working with the biggest stars, directors and producers on some of the best-known shows in Broadway history.
