Last month, twenty of the brightest talents on Broadway were featured in Broadway Sings Bruno Mars, the latest concert in the Broadway Sings series. The tribute series takes the music of well-known music icons and creates new, unique arrangements and orchestrations by twisting the style to fit the strength of the performer. Previous concerts have included Adele, Stevie Wonder, and Justin Timberlake; this November, producer Corey Mach (Godspell, Wicked) and music director Joshua Stephen Kartes will present Broadway Sings Sara Bareilles.?

The talented artist recently spoke with WBZ-TV's Liam Martin and Paula Ebben and shared her excitement over the new project.

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Artistic Director Diane Paulus presents the world premiere musical Waitress. TODAY's Hoda Kotb teamed up with Tony Award winner Cyndi Lauper (Broadway's Kinky Boots) and Sara Bareilles, who mashed up their hits 'True Colors' and 'Brave' to create a song to raise money for the fight against pediatric cancer.

As part of TODAY's 'Shine a Light' campaign, Hoda Kotb brought together two superstars to create one special song. Music icons Sara Bareilles and Cyndi Lauper teamed up to produce a masterful mash-up song titled 'Truly Brave' to raise awareness for pediatric cancer.
