Earlier this year Siobhan wowed audiences as the only female finalist in Britain's Got Talent 2019. Next year she is going on tour and audiences will be able to hear not only those observational daft ditties, but the full range of her singing and comedic abilities which led the late Ken Dodd to describe her as 'a sunny new star with the voice of an angel and a natural comedic ability'.

On announcing the RSC's Winter 2020 season Gregory Doran, RSC Artistic Director, said: a?oeWhen I became Artistic Director, I wanted to stage every Shakespeare play in the canon once. We are more than two thirds of the way through that journey, which will conclude at the end of 2021.

Amanda Palmer has shared the official music video for “Drowning In The Sound,” which is lifted from her recently released album There Will Be No Intermission, her first solo record in seven years. The track addresses everything from climate change and the #MeToo movement to fake news, the internet and the American government; a reflection on the turbulent times we're currently living through.

Lloyd Cole will release his new album Guesswork on July 26 via earMUSIC. Today he reveals the video for his single ”Violins.” Looking for visual ideas for the video for the track, Lloyd stumbled upon The End of Civilisation by Douglas Gordon. Lloyd says: “It's perfect for the song. What could be worse than burning a grand piano and filming it?.”  It took a few months but Lloyd eventually tracked down Douglas who was preparing an exhibition in Paris. He gave the project his blessing. Lloyd then worked with FeltFilm in Toronto to edit and synchronise the footage. “I am so excited about this video. If I have a regret from the early years, it's that I didn't get more involved with our videos. These days I have to be, and that's a good thing.”
