THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - has announced that acclaimed singer and songwriter SPENCER DAY will conclude the first season of his celebrated year-long residency at the club on Friday, June 21 at 7:00 PM. Spencer, the unique #1 Billboard charting popjazz performer, has appeared at venues from Lincoln Center to the Hollywood Bowl.

Feinstein's at the Nikko, San Francisco's premier nightclub for music and entertainment, celebrates LGBTQ+ Pride Month with an exciting lineup of out artists and allies from the worlds of Broadway, television and music. Spencer will continue his string of packed shows and critical raves on Friday, June 21, which will conclude the season of his residency. The unique #1 Billboard charting pop/jazz performer who has appeared at venues from Lincoln Center to the Hollywood Bowl is headlining regular performances at the club, providing him with an opportunity to showcase his humor as well his diverse and eclectic original songs. The shows will include material from his recent album Angel City and a preview of his upcoming Broadway-based collection of Rodgers & Hammerstein ( Bali Ha'i ), Lionel Bart ( Who Will Buy ), Jerry Herman ( It Only Takes a Moment ) and more.

Headlining regular shows at the club provides him with an opportunity to showcase his diverse and eclectic original songs, material from his new album Angel City and upcoming Broadway and Latino recording projects. Day brings a spontaneity that feels new and fresh while simultaneously embracing the classic mood of a bygone era. He will be joined by John Storie (Gwen Stefani) on guitar and Alex Frank (Jeff Goldblum) on bass. Effie Passero, a standout singer from the 2018 season of "American Idol," will be special musical guest for Spencer's first show on February 3.

BroadwayWorld has teamed up with Broadway alum Ilana Levine, who makes her entrance onto the podcast stage with her new show Little Known Facts. Ilana's unique brand of celebrity interview, 'Podcast Verite,' is unfiltered, raw, honest and uniquely funny.

Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - welcomes back Stephanie's Child, New York's premier pop-vocal drag trio, for their one-year anniversary concert on Friday, August 10 at 9:30 PM. Hailed as one of the "Best LGBT Events in New York" from Time Out New York, the Stephanie's Child residency features tight harmonies, pop hits, hilarious original parodies and surprise special guests.

For the past several summers, I have attended the Festival of Arts and The Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach. But this year, I also decided to also visit two other art festivals along Laguna Canyon Road rather than spend any time cruising the town as I had done before. The full-day of exploring all the artistic delights on display this year at all three locations left me dazzled by all the talent on display, while wishing I had lot of extra income to purchase and bring home many of the awe-inspiring items that caught my fancy. But the real highlight of the day was viewing the abundance of 'local color' on display in this summer's 'Under the Sun' themed Pageant of the Masters.
